The Truth and Reconciliation Commission Launches a New Homepage in Sierra Leone

The Sierra Leone Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) wish to make it known to all Sierra Leoneans at the diasporas, members of the international community including human right organisations and aid agencies that its new website went live today on the world wide web and can now be viewed at: www.sierraleonetrc.org

The site has been registered with diverse search engines and some of it important contents include:

  • Both text and pdf versions of the final report — in easy to navigate format.
  • 3 popular versions of the report: Video Version, Children's Report; and Secondary School Version.
  • Recommendations Matrix – which includes an update of the implementation of the TRC recommendations
  • Voices of the TRC — video footage of testimony by victims, witnesses and commissioners
  • National Vision for Sierra Leone — includes image gallery and written submissions
